The Association of Indian Students of Australia (AISA) is Australia’s national representative body dedicated to supporting, empowering and connecting Indian students across the country.
We exist to ensure that every Indian student has access to opportunities, advocacy, leadership development and a strong community throughout their educational journey in Australia.
As a not-for-profit organisation, AISA brings together student associations, universities, government agencies, industry leaders and community organisations to create meaningful outcomes that improve the student experience and strengthen the voice of Indian students nationwide.
Whether it’s advocating for policy reforms, delivering leadership programs, celebrating India’s rich cultural heritage, or creating professional networking opportunities, AISA is committed to helping students thrive academically, professionally and personally.

Why we exist ?
AISA was founded on the belief that every student deserves more than just an education—they deserve a community that supports them, represents their interests and helps them realise their full potential.
What do we do ?
Our aim is to represent, connect and empower Indian students by creating opportunities that foster leadership, advocacy, inclusion and lifelong success.
